"Gourmet Dinner Night"

Every other month since August 2010, Culinary Productions, Inc. continues to present a bi-monthly one-of-a-kind themed "Gourmet Dinner Night" to showcase our culinary skills, promote local artists and musicians, and raise awareness about local charities.  CPI teams up with other sponsors and vendors who have an opportunity to mingle with guests and potential clients and promote their services.

Each dinner night has a theme and a gourmet menu that corresponds with it.  Guests enjoy a gourmet buffet style dinner with passed appetizers and dessert as well as complimentary beer, wine, a signature cocktail, and non-alcoholic beverages.  At this social event, guests can perouse the featured artist's work which is for sale, bid on silent auction items, and win door prizes, all while listening to live music.

CPI has raised over $9,200 for local charities through proceeds from silent auctions and door prize drawings.  Charities that have benefitted from Gourmet Dinner Night:

Join us for a night of gourmet cuisine by Culinary Productions, King cake and truffles compliments of the Cupcake Emporium, drinks, music by DJ Ramsey, an artwork display by Art Party 9 featured artists, and a silent auction and door prize drawing to benefit the Arthritis Foundation.  We will catch the end of the Krewe of Lafitte Parade just one block north of the venue, and return for a night of dancing!  You and your guests are encouraged to dress as your own Krewe or just be festive - it's Mardi Gras!
