The number one concern most customers have is "how much will it cost". We realize that many people are working within a budget and need to estimate costs. We have designed the website with that thought in mind and hope you will find it easy to navigate.
Here's how it works:
1) Determine whether you need to look at "Cocktail Prices" or "Dinner Prices". Cocktail Prices are typically used for wedding receptions or other events when a buffet is served and guests are not expecting a full meal. Dinner Prices refer to evening (or daytime) events when your guests would be expecting a complete meal and therefore larger portions.
2) Select the food items you would like to have and add up the corresponding amounts. This is your per person price for food.
3) Multiply the total from Step 2 times the number of people you expect to attend. This is your total food costs. Since food costs are the major expense for a function, you will now have a general total.
Please Note:
* Other factors can influence food costs, such as Market Prices, what else is on the menu, number of guests, etc., but usually the total cost will be a little less than what you might estimate from the website.
* Labor costs also have to be factored in - the total cost for wait staff will depend on the number of guests and complexity of your menu. Please see "Additional Pricing" below, or cost of wait staff.
* Depending on the details of your party, you may need to factor in other costs, such as tables, linens, glasses, etc. Please see "Additional Pricing" below.
*PRICING DOES INCLUDE GLASS PLATES, SILVERWARE, WHITE PAPER LINEN-LIKE NAPKINS, & SERVING PIECES.

Payment Policy
* There are no costs or fees for consultations or proposals.
* Once a party has been booked with Culinary Productions, we require a 50% deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance will be billed after the event.
* We accept checks and major credit cards.
