With over 5,000 square feet of freshly renovated indoor space and ample parking, our venue will be the perfect location for your event.
In addition to our award-winning food and friendly staff, CPI will provide the tables, chairs, linens, set-up/breakdown of the event, and more, plus coordinating and assisting vendors - it will be a true one-stop shop.
Rental Rates
• Sunday through Wednesday: $2,000 All-day rental (9:00 am - 11:00 pm)
• Monday through Wednesday Hourly Rate: $175 with a four-hour minimum
• Thursday and Friday: $3,500.00 All Day Rental (9:00 am -11:00 pm)
• Saturday Rental: $4,500.00 All Day Rental (9:00 am -11:00 pm)
10% down to reserve the venue.
